  • How to Purchase Tradelines

    Once you have selected your tradelines from our tradeline list, follow these steps to complete your purchase:

    1. Add the tradelines you want to purchase to the cart.

    2. Click on the cart in the top right corner of the website to see your order summary.

    3. Click proceed to checkout.

    4. Click “Sign Service Terms & Disclosures” and go through the steps to eSign this paperwork.

    5. Enter your personal information into the checkout page.

    6. Upload a color copy of your driver’s license and social security card into the Documentation section.

    7. Enter your routing number and account number of your checking account for eCheck payment.

    8. Click “Submit Order” to complete your order.

What to Expect After You Buy Tradelines

When you complete the order process on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of your order. Keep that email handy because it will show all the details of each tradeline you purchased, including the reporting period for each one.

Please note that you must purchase each tradeline by the purchasedeadline in order for us to guarantee that it will post during the next reporting period.

Once your order is placed there is nothing else for you to do but simply wait for the reporting period to pass. We guarantee that the tradeline will post by the last day in the reporting period or we will issue a full money-back refund.

Since this process of adding you to a tradeline is completed in one step, you will not receive any status updates beyond your confirmation email. The final step is waiting for your tradeline to post.

What Is the Purchase Deadline?

The purchase deadline is the last day to purchase a tradeline and have it guaranteed to report during the upcoming reporting period.

Example: If the purchase deadline is July 5th and the reporting period is July 16th-23rd, as long as you buy the tradeline on or before the 5th, we guarantee it will post between the 16th-23rd.

                                   Refund Policy

Tradeline Solutions Inc. is committed to offering quality tradelines that we guarantee will post to at least 2 bureaus within the reporting period or we will issue your money back on that tradeline.

Please note that you must purchase the tradeline by the purchase deadline in order for us to guarantee that it will post on the next reporting cycle.

All non-postings must be reported within 21 days of the first scheduled reporting date.

All non-posting refund requests must be processed in writing via email and the first step is to create a free CreditKarma.com account and confirm the following:  

1. Confirm that the tradeline is not being reported on both TransUnion and Equifax. (If it is being reported on 1 of the bureaus listed on Credit Karma but not the other, please see additional instructions below.) 

2. Confirm that your credit report has been updated after the last date within the reporting period. 

If you are able to confirm both of these points above, then you may request a refund on that tradeline. 

All refund requests must be in writing. Our customer service phone line does not process refunds or have access to your order information. Please send us an email to Refunds@tradelinesolutions.net with the following information:   

  • 1. Your name

  • 2. Order #

  • 3. The 4-digit card ID for the tradeline you are requesting a refund on

  • 4. Your username and password for your CreditKarma.com account so we can verify the non-posting. Please note the email address and password are both case-sensitive, so please send us accurate information.  

If your creditkarma.com account does show the tradeline posted to at least 1 bureau, we will need to look at your Experian data in order to prove that it did not report to at least 2 bureaus. Tradeline Solutions Inc.  will accept an Experian.com or CreditCheckTotal.com username and password to verify the Experian data only.  

Our refund department will confirm this information within two (2) business days and once confirmed we will issue a refund on that tradeline within two (2) business days. Normal fund transfer times may apply. The refund department is closed on weekends.
